All requests for exchanges must be raised within 3 days from the receipt date via dropping us an email. If the value of the exchange item(s) is higher than the original item(s), you will be required to top up the difference in cash. There will be no refund if the value of the exchange item(s) is lower than the original item(s). All Shipping and handling charges are non refundable. All exchanged item(s) must be in its brand new original condition, original packaging and with the original tags.
