Take note of the following conditions of your preorder purchase:

1. We reserve the right to cancel your order, should there be insufficient allocation of stocks. If that were to unfortunately be the case, a full refund of the amount you paid for the preorder will be credited to you (less any shop vouchers utilized and Shopee’s transaction fees).
2. We will not entertain refund requests due to change of mind (buyer's remorse) and will also be unable to amend the order once it is confirmed.
3. Stocks will be fulfilled on a first come first serve basis, hence it would be advisable to preorder early.
4. After placing your preorder, we would require you to acknowledge receipt of the order, in order to release payment to us (even though it is indicated as ""Shipped"") and we are then able to make your preorder as paid. Failure to do so promptly will result in you being placed further back in the queue.
5. Price of listing does not include delivery.
6. Product condition will be shipped as is, we are unable to guarantee 100% perfect and pristine boxes (although we would certainly like to since we are gamers like you!). If the box condition matters to you, please opt to do a self-pick up at the store.
