Handcrafted UV Carbon fiber replacement mirror cover are made from high quality, 3K UV resistant Carbon Fiber and has a gloss finish. The weave is a 2x2 twill pattern. They are simple add one's to give the Mirror a clean upgraded look. We accept OEM order of carbon fiber replacement mirror covers for different cars.

Aurora Sports is a longstanding premium helmet manufacturer with more than 24 years R&D experience in all types of In-mold helmet, ABS helmet, and carbon fiber helmets. We have our own helmet manufacturing base, having formed an integrated industrial chain for helmet production, starting from mould-opening to assembling of end products.
Since the order quantities of real carbon fiber helmet are quite small, so excess manufacturing capacity allow us to make carbon fiber parts for crafted aerodynamics, automotive parts, motorcycle parts and other custom carbon fiber parts by using the same workshop and R&D center. Our craftsmen have extensive experience in manufacturing custom carbon fiber components, with over 20 years in the composite industry. The area where we are located is strongly characterized by the proximity to prepreg’s production facilities and specialized research centers on new and innovative composite materials.
In 2015 AURORA SPORTS has completed the professional workshop dedicated to carbon fiber manufacturing on customers specifications. The workshop of 600 square meters includes: Autoclave (diameter 1700 mm to 5500 mm in length), clean room, trimming and painting area.

Overview of the Laminating ( Skinning ) process
1. The component is disassembled, removing all switches, attachments and trim down to the core part
2. The surface is prepared for the proper adhesion and a bonding layer of resin is applied
3. Raw Carbon Fiber is applied by our skilled craftsman to accent the profile of the core part while maintaining the consistent weave pattern to the material
4. UV resin in applied over the Carbon Fiber to seal the component
5. Additional layers of UV resin are applied and contoured to the Component
6. Resin coatings are hand polished to a mirror finish
7. Component is reassembled and quality inspected
Polishing and Finishing

Raw Material Show:
Unidirectional Carbon Fiber (UD Carbon Fiber) – UD Carbon Fiber has no weaving at all, carbon fibers going in one direction. Carbon fiber provides the most strength along the length of the fiber. With that being said if all the fibers are going the same direction, it provides much stronger support than the 12k or 3k tows.
3K Tow – 3K tow has a tensile strength lower than Unidirectioanl Carbon Fiber, however the cost is a lot cheaper. Often 3K tow is considering one of the most visually appealing tows as it is often what is associated with the “carbon fiber look”
12K Tow – 12K tow is the lowest strength, however it has the cheapest manufacturing cost. So if you want to go with a semi expensive frame that you can run into the ground go with the 12K tow
Spread Tow – Uses a combintion of UD, this weave is almost like a checkered board. This is often considered the strongest weave and is most often the most expensive.
1K Tow – 1K Tow, is the tiniest weave, you can superior strength in comparison to the 12K /3K tows, while keeping the aesthetic carbon fiber appeal. 1K tow is also a very expensive solution.
